I'd love to see it, but I really doubt IU, PU, ND, and Butler would agree to participate. They've already got their Crossroads Classic and I'm not sure they would see adding IUPUI, Vaplo and Ball State to the mix as a benefit.

I can't judge Mark Spencer's character but aside from hiring McCarty, he has extended contracts of coaches who have proven to not win games. Such as? Why stay D-1 if it represents such an economic strain? I think many school presidents know their is a link to the potential exposure a school can get by getting a bid to the NCAA - enrollment can be enhanced.
