Re: Illinois St.

I don't think the problem with a lot of these young athletes, skirting the law, can be put entirely on any coach, program, or school. These kind of issues started years prior. They've been told they were special and coddled by grade & high school coaches. AAU & "prep" school player...

Re: Hoopfest 2018 - Oct 17th

Only 350 t shirts? Hope that is a typo and they really mean 3,500 lol. I like free T-shirts. I have HOOPFEST shirts, going back to as far as I can remember Wear them to the beach all the time. I cut the sleeves off and the neck out, turning them into the clothing staple here on the Red Neck Riviera...

Re: Maui Mainland Tournament - Nov 17-18

I was making the comment in reference to showcasing three "local" programs over the two nights. I was thinking USI might draw better, than another DII school, 4K miles and across an ocean away. I understand Chaminade has to be involved, being part of The Maui Mainland. I also realize, if T...

Re: Maui Mainland Tournament - Nov 17-18

Too bad, it's an Hawaiian thing.
Could have deleted The Silverswords and replaced them with USI.

I don't know.
But, he actually owns and operates this site.
If he wanted to post photos of his neighbors niece's first steps, he has that right.

Re: The UE Brand

I have a orange long sleeve T with purple block letters, highlighted in white with ACES across the chest. In smaller letters, in white, the word "purple", above. I wear it every so often (usually in early Spring). This past March, I was at an FBO and several pilots there thought (Purple AC...

https://youtu.be/D7ssjd2XlU4 This kid can play and remember he is a Freshman here. I remember watching that game. Not because I knew or cared who Cunliffe was. Nor, because I'm a UK fan. Was on the road, it was just after Thanksgiving and I was in a sports bar. I think at one time UK was up by 55-6...

Re: Sam De Vault Memorial High School

ACES have played APU, the last two seasons.
As well as the OVC tournament being held here.
So, no doubt he'll have the opportunity to play at The FC, in front of his home town fans more than a few times, in his college career.
Happy for him and his family.
