It's amazing that we appear to be his first offer as this kid has star written all over him.

We need players like him when we go up against Kentucky next year. Will have to hit the weight room obviously but his skill set is off the charts for a big man. Imagine the potential depth on the front line in a couple of years if Kiyron Powell comes to UE the year after. You could be talking Elijah, Kiyron, Deandre, Will Becker and John Hall and Evan Kuhlman thrown in for good measure. I think I need to keep drinking the purple koolaid.

Somebody on the other thread mentioned that Gonzaga is keeping tabs on him as well.

Go Aces!!!

Nationwide is where DeAndre went to prep school.

As rpyke mentioned in the recruiting thread, Coach Roy appears to be the same source for DeAndre, Rosel, Silvia and now Elijah. Not a bad pipeline for talent to say the least.

Hard to tell what this ranking is about but I think that it is under this link:

http://www.hoopscooponline.com/2018/09/20/the-hoop-scoops-ranking-of-the-top-dozen-5th-year-players-in-the-class-of-2019-2/

But since I don't have a subscription I have to guess that he is ranked 11th in the 2019 class for 5th year (high school) players. Is this how everyone else interprets this? Does anyone have a subscription to the hoopscooponline site?

Per Coach Kenneth Roy, Elijah Weight has been cleared to resume full contact next week. He also said that Elijah’s growth platelets have closed and he has two more inches of growth. That would make him 7-3 in college and for someone who can run like a deer, rebound and play defense, I cannot imagine how good he would look wearing the Aces purple and white. With the scoring machine Walter is putting together, Elijah is the cherry on top (or in the middle).
