Final 4 are Creighton, Depaul, Belmont, & Clemson.

Wish him well. I don't see where DePaul fits, but Creighton would seem to be a good landing spot, and he'd probably start as a Soph. at Belmont. I see a few Clemson games every year, and while he isn't a type cast Clemson 2, that's probably where he'll land. He probably wasn't coming our way regardless.

I agree with your assessment and was truly surprised to see DePaul in the top 4. I wonder what their attraction is? UE should be in great shape at the guard position in 2019 and Alex would probably have to redshirt his freshman if he had chosen UE.

I would put considerable money on Clemson at this point. Going back to the older C&P article, it was noted that Brownell and Hemenway's father played together on a travel soccer team as kids, and both played together at Harrison. That goes along way. Throw in it's the only P5 team left, and that Marty is now down there, it seems a slam dunk.

DePaul is nothing short of a joke at this point. Supposedly he wants to play in front of large crowds. Belmont draws less than Castle, so that should eliminate them. Creighton might have a chance if they can offer more playing time, but I don't see them being able to counter the Clemson advantages above if they can't.

The only reason I can see DePaul and Belmont in the mix
would be some type of a academic reason

Per twitter, it looks like he’s going to commit to Bradley. Where did that come from? Interesting turn of events.

He'll be a really good college player...hate to see him end up there, where we will face him twice a year, but he will be a great fit to their team.
8-19 .....1986
16-12 ....1987 --- MCC Champ
21-8 .....1988 --- NIT

Key point, be patient, never judge a coach on Year 1!

If so he'll be a great get for Brian Wardle.
