I have a orange long sleeve T with purple block letters, highlighted in white with ACES across the chest.
In smaller letters, in white, the word "purple", above.
I wear it every so often (usually in early Spring).
This past March, I was at an FBO and several pilots there thought (Purple ACES) was a reference to military aviation.
I thought, "Wow, people used to know exactly what The Purple Aces were".

Hopefully after this season, that all changes back.
So, when I wear that T, people will ask where they can get one.

go aces
I'm on Board!

https://19nine.com/collections/evansville-aces

New Aces gear now available at 19nine. I am not affiliated with the company, but two of the owners are Evansville natives. One graduated from Mater Dei and another from Reitz. More good looking Aces apparel without the star logo.
