I don't know what you're talking about. Our shooting hasn't been that good outside of the Xavier and ball state game

Well, that was ugly. How many layups/dunks did ISU get in the 2nd half?? We gave up and stopped competing the last 10 minutes.

Well that was disappointing. Our defense wasn't bad but our shooting was way off. I think we played to deep into the shot clock and had to force a lot of shots. Other shots just rimed out. Glad to see Kuhlman have a good game.

Growing pains game..they are going to happen.

Defense is strong, but offense will be ugly at time.

Hopefully we play a lot better Tues, I think we will.

We never play well vs Illinois State. Can't remember last time we won up there.
I only saw last 12 minutes of the 2nd half as I forgot it was on TV. More excited about Colts today than the Aces effort. Go Colts, up 21-0 in second quarter.

My take on the last 12 minutes was we had ZERO, I mean ZERO post defense. They got in the paint easily and I saw nothing but dunks and layups. DC is our only paint defender and when he is not the game we have no post defense. Kuhlman is too slow and is playing out of position. This was not a game I thought we would win but we were far from competitive the last 12 minutes of the game. Time to get back home, regroup and look to protect the home court. Got our hands full vs the Ramblers who is the team to beat this year in The Valley. Gonna have games like this especially on the road. We just need to find a way to win 2 or 3 road games in conference and that will be a bonus if we are trying to finish .500 in conference.

Go Aces !
