absolutely...it's getting more and more silly by the day because there's no NCAA rule from stopping them now. School started Wednesday.

Yes...now that school has started the athletic department should have some statement concerning the addition of Kelvin. Keeping their fan base informed I guess is not a priority for the athletic department.
