Asked him to let me know when he's signed. I've heard nothing yet. No press release, no comment from Marty.

Coach can't comment on a player until that letter is in his hands.

His father's twitter page has photos of him signing the "Grant in Aid" paperwork.

Jo Jo Brown
@Mr_SwishCity

It’s Official. He’s signed, sealed and will be delivered in June. Ain’t nothing like having a child who can pay $50,870 a year for his own college tuition. It’s ok to hit me up if you need anything. #noproblem @Dedicated_11 https://t.co/jZKV7dyFxj

Jomaru had a nice game tonight:

Justin Byerly‏ @JustinByerly
Jayvis Harvey had 21 points and Evansville commit Jomaru Brown scored 22 points for Southern Durham HS tonight in a 91-71 win.

Jomaru is a lot better athlete than I had thought. And he's a crafty finisher at the rim. Combine that with his chip on the shoulder attitude, there's a lot to be excited about. And unlike any of our current slashers besides Dru, he looks comfortable pulling up for the jumper.

I think Jomaru is going to turn some heads this season - he will be better than advertised. I don't like making comparisons but at this stage of his development he reminds me of Jaylon Brown.

Good comparison, but I think Jomaru has a better outside shot.

He is bigger too, correct? He may not play any bigger..JB could really get off the floor. Agree about the appearance of him being a better shooter. JB really improved his shooting over his four years, but he was never a great shooter.

Yes, listed at 6' 2" and Jaylon could get up big time, Jomaru just appears more polished as a ball handler and shooter then Jaylon was his Senior year of High School.
