Yeah - 4 decent teams in UAB, Temple, Murray St, and Northern KY, but only Temple is from a conference higher rated than the MVC. Not a strong list of suitors. Maybe he’s a borderline D1 talent in the eyes of college recruiters.

Maybe Walter has seen film on Jomaru and doesn't like what he sees.Remember according to Walter his style of ball is going to be different than Martys

Murry St, Temple, College of Charleston, Northern Kentucky, Radford, all finished above us this year and UAB typically does so I think based off of some of the other schools we beat out to get our current players this guy was a great recruit, right or wrong it's the facts, now moving forward he might not be, but from what I have seen of the guy he can play some ball.

I would agree with GoAcesgo, over the past 20 years those teams have blown us out of the water - as you said, facts. Hopefully that will be changing soon.

I gave credit when Marty and his staff got a commitment from Jomaru...Aces got him to commit early and he ended up having a great senior season. Other noteworthy schools obviously took notice. He would seem to be a natural at playing the type of tempo Coach McCarty wants to play. I would hate to see him get away.

"Blown us out of the water" is, at best, an overstatement.

Wouldn’t that be ironic if Jomaru went to EKU to play for a new coach there and EKU’s starting PG Boyd transferred to Evansville?

I actually think Jomaru is better suited for Walter’s style than Marty’s. Hate to see us losing out on him.
