Great news! I like the one year player for this spot. I think this is a win-win. That gives us 12!

Check out his highlight video. At about 1:15, he does a behind the back dribble, then buries a 3 from 23' against Loyola. Watch the reaction of Loyola's bench. "Damn! Who's that?" They said.

“The coaching staff is unreal,” said Feehan, a 6-foot-1 guard. “And the style of play that they will play fits me perfectly. Also, the excitement is through the roof there since (new coach) Walter (McCarty) is from Evansville. They’ve sold over 1,300 new season tickets since they hired him, and they have a 12,000 seat arena.”

I'm happy for this guy, gets to play his senior year of ball in a DI top 10 conference. Hope he comes in and leads this team and has a great season. Welcome Shea.

I like this recruit for a lot of reasons. He has a great story, and I'm glad UE gets to help tell it to all the kids out there who are 6-0, but still follow their dream. More than that, though, I think a grad transfer with his maturity, attitude, toughness and skills could be a great asset to help build the kind of mindset the team will need in the first year under Walter. I get the sense that Shea will always give 110%, never take a day off, and will do whatever it takes to give the Aces the best chance to win.

It's also important to reinforce our support for the 6 guys who showed the confidence to stay with UE after the coaching change. Just as we've congratulated Solomon, we need to show the returnees some love as the new recruiting class is introduced.
