@ Aces101 adding the Marty S. factor we might want to add Blake to the Starting lineup which likely moves Taylor to SG and Marty H to the bench with Dru.

Yep...that is definitely the truth

Ryan played in Blake's spot, this season.
In 2017-18, Blake returns, to claim his place, as floor general, along with his 30 plus mins.
I have a vibe, that actually Ryan might be the, "odd man out", next year.
Especially if JUCO x-fers Marty, is as good as we dream.
Perhaps, Ryan morphs into SCDJB/2.0
Which is where I can see him landing there anyhow.
Still need a big man.
Although, I have also heard the rumor of Silas growth spurt.

I meant, "odd man out", as far as where he played at this past season.

Before I put in my starting five for kicks and giggles I want to see if and when we sign another person, hopefully a big.
I do think it's pretty safe to think Blake, Boo and Taylor are 3 of 5 if healthy when the season begins.

I would think Dru would be a solid bet when Boo's knee is acting up. If Dru would be a starter, we would be very small even if our center is 8 feet tall and we would not be able to rebound the basketball. If AD is really 6-10 now, would he not be our center? I don't see us signing anyone any taller than that.

Even if Adheke has grown to 6'10" I would want him playing at PF to utilize his athleticism and length. I do not want him to become a screen first big man to "fit the system." He can be a difference maker if used at the position the big schools were looking at him for.

I like the idea, but I think we all know this will never happen. If we can somehow get him to play Hall and Kuhlman at the four I would consider it a major victory. That's more of what I'm worried about. A lineup of Blake, Taylor and Hill as the 2-4 interchangeable at those three positions is what I fear.

Pure speculation, but based on 10 years of evidence. People can always change though...

Marty has always trusted in his seniors....to a degree
Traore if well
Boo if well
Blake always
Hainna if he doesn't get his extra year
Taylor more than likely as a Jr.

that's a 6'9",6'6",6'5,6'3",6'6"

Not a oversized line up but one that should be able to rebound and shoot the ball @58-60 apg points between them.

They better be a defensive minded
