Indiana State's win over Indiana last night I hope it does not weigh on Christians decision on what school to attend

His official reason for leaving Iowa was that he wanted to be closer to home. ISU blue is much closer to Decatur, Illinois than Evansville. In fact, Evansville is roughly the same distance from Decatur that the University of Iowa was - so no surprise here.
In general I agree will you though.

I'm honestly not surprised either for the same reasons. Another thing to keep in mind, remember why he wasn't playing at Iowa. In the article I posted, it mentions his inability to shoot the ball, which was a big red flag for me. We've seen what happens when someone who cannot shoot is on the floor. We saw it with Riley on Saturday (granted he did some other good things, but remember those plays on offense in the 2nd half), and we've seen it with a lot of other players here over the years. We've got to get past signing guys who cannot make shots.
8-19 .....1986
16-12 ....1987 --- MCC Champ
21-8 .....1988 --- NIT
25-6 .....1989 --- NCAA
Key point, be patient, never judge a coach on Year 1!

Wished Aces could have signed him but not overly upset. I liked her versatility and that he was an outstanding defensive player. He, Dru, and Brown would have been fun to watch them play together. But one of the reasons for his lack of playing time at Iowa is that he couldn't score. As we all know as Ace's fans that can be quite a liability.
Tom, looks like we posted at the same time....looks like we pretty much agree
