Scholarship matrix

Postby Ad1770 » Fri Jan 04, 2019 11:40 am

To avoid confusion and to help inform everyone on here, I am making a scholarship matrix that will be updated as things change. Unfortunately, unless they are on the roster, I can not verify all, so I am using sources like other posters and Verbal Commits to fill in any spots. If you see something on here in error, please bring it to my attention so I can correct it.

If Peace can sit out this semester and the first semester of next season, he will have 2.5 years of eligibility left, right? If that's true, you'll need to move him down as a Soph classification on the matrix and he would be in the same class as Givance, Newton, and Williams.

You are correct. I missed that one in a big way

Isn’t Deandre technically a freshman next year?

No. DeAndre was ruled ineligible as a non qualifier out of prep school, and an appeal to have his eligibility restored for this season was denied. He subsequently only has three years of eligibility remaining making him a sophomore next year.

Now, if an application for a redshirt for him is filed and his eligibility for a fourth season is restored, I will update that on my matrix to reflect those changes.

Okay thanks. I never really looked into that. It probably makes more since that only he has 3 years of eligibility considering he is probably around 20/21 years old. He will be approaching Solomon Hainna age once he graduates :o

Not to say the recruits weren't there, but they were not in the same seats as the other 3 were
last game.At last they saw a good game in front of 6000,not 3500.
Also, not saying we have a chance on the Lander kid.But he goes to every game
when possible. You can never tell, maybe he might want to be an Ace.

The recruits were sitting with their mothers in the baseline bleachers near the Aces bench 4 or 5 rows up from the floor. Exact same area as the other recruits.
